Solar farm in Fisher River Cree Nation

A group from Fisher River Cree Nation is building a solar farm in the community.

Nine out of the 10 people employed to build the farm are members of the community.

The farm will be able to generate from $80,000 to $100,000 per year which will go right back into the community.
