Event title: Leaving No One Behind: Sharing Major Groups and Other Stakeholders Good Practices

Summary of Event:

This joint training event has been organised by Plan International, Global Platform for the Right to the City, and the Indigenous Peoples’ Major Group and will focus on a human rights approach to the SDG planning, implementation, and monitoring processes to ensure that no one is left behind. The training materials and resources that will be showcased can be utilised and adapted by participants in their work on advancing and implementing SDG 11 and the New Urban Agenda, and can assist with transformation towards sustainable and resilient societies.

  • Adolescent Girls and the SDGs – 45 minutes (Alana)
  • Right to the City and the SDGs – 45 minutes (Rodrigo, Lorena, Nelson)
  • Wrap Up and Close – 15 minutes (Rodrigo)
